At Balanced & Consistency.org, we offer front & back of house hospitality workers the opportunity to a) be educated around financial planning and b) directly fund annual accounting tax filing services to ensure all income is reported and filed by our members.
Why it Matters
For 99% of Americans, homeownership is the #1 way individuals develop wealth. In order to qualify for a loan, individuals need both credit score and 10 years of annual tax filings. B&C.org is fundamentally focused on education and direct funding of tax accounting to ensure 1099 hospitality workers have the support and services to be prepared to by a home.
